At Oma The Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry or apparel in its original Oma The Label box and shipping mailer to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
